REFUND POLICY
Depending on the individual scenario a refund can be granted. Refunds take 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Please note, that all lost or stolen items will not be refunded. Once the item is shipped, the post office is responsible. If you have an issue with the delivery of an item, please contact the post office and file a complaint if necessary.
Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our handmade items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item was damaged during transit, kindly send us a photo and we will happily replace it.

If items are returned to us due to customers inputting an incorrect address, another shipping fee will be charged to resend items. Customers will be notified of items that are returned.
