What is the shelf life of our products?
After opening products have up to a 6-month expiry
What happens if my body butter arrives melted?
The butters used include shea, mango, and cocoa butter. The butters are added to oils and whipped to perfection. As a result, if the temperature is too warm it will lose its fluff. If you have received a melted product, kindly place it in the refrigerator or freezer until it hardens. If unusable, email us and include a photo to resolve this issue.
I used the wrong address at checkout, what do I do?
Contact us immediately through email or the "Contact Us" page to update the address before orders ship. If orders are shipped with an incorrect address, please contact the shipping company as Breathless Beauty Botanics LLC will not be liable for inaccuracies.
How do I cancel my order?
If you placed an order and it has not yet shipped, reach out to us immediately and we will assist. Please note refunds take 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
